Special Adult Christian Ed hour at 9:00 am … A representative from the Violence Prevention Center will give a special 15-20 minute presentation and question & answer time on what they offer and how they work. Domestic abuse is a serious problem and if you find that it is endangering a neighbor or someone you love you should know about this important resource. Pastor Dave met with the center’s director at their building several months ago and, though it is not a “faith-based” organization, I believe they are a solid resource and it will benefit you to hear what they have to say.
ALSO… Inger Andress will give us a 15-20 minute update along with questions and answers on the progress of the Restorative Justice program in the Cook County Court system!
